The shop was started by Lance Nicholson, hence the name, on leaving the Royal Air Force in 1965 and has been trading ever since. Patrick started working for Lance in 1979, then became a partner and now, with wife Jackie, owner. Lance has passed away so James joined us as Manager in 1999, and then bought a partnership.
